The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for our Rollups-as-a-Service offering. You'll work closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to educate clients, shape solutions, and grow our market footprint.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, particularly Layer 2 technologies, and a proven track record of selling technical B2B solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and prospect developers, enterprises, protocols, and other potential clients needing scalable blockchain solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and discovery calls to demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose tailored RaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
- Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams on market trends and client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and hackathons.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and pipeline forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B tech sales, with at least 1 year in the Web3/blockchain space.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum, Layer 2s, Rollups, modular blockchains, and the general Web3 stack.
- Proven ability to sell technical infrastructure or developer tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing full sales cycles and exceeding quotas.
Preferred:
- Previous experience at a Layer 1, Layer 2, or RaaS provider.
- Network within Web3 projects, DAOs, infrastructure providers, or crypto VCs.
