The Role
We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of core features within our consumer trading platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building intuitive, secure, and high-performing trading experiences that serve a diverse, global user base.
You’ll own the product roadmap for key parts of the user journey, from onboarding and account setup, to funding, trading execution, and portfolio management. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to deliver value to users while balancing technical feasibility and system constraints.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has a deep understanding of both consumer product thinking and trading/investment behavior.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the roadmap for core trading app features, including onboarding, trading flows, funding, portfolio insights, and notifications.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and support to ship high-quality, scalable features.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and behavioral data reviews to identify product opportunities and pain points.
- Prioritize work using data, user feedback, and business impact, balancing short-term improvements with long-term vision.
- Collaborate with design on wireframes, flows, and user experiences that meet the needs of new and experienced traders alike.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team product development cycles.
- Ensure product quality, edge-case handling, and post-launch monitoring.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and inform future iterations.|
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of product management experience in consumer tech, ideally in fintech, trading, or investing platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or investment workflows.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Ability to break down complex technical and financial concepts into simple, user-friendly experiences.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- User-first mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration.
