The Role
As a Product Growth Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering. You’ll own and execute key initiatives to drive product adoption, retention, and monetization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and is obsessed with growth metrics and user behavior.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product-led growth initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain users.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.
- Own the product roadmap for growth features like onboarding, referrals, viral loops, activation flows, and re-engagement.
- Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversion at each step of the funnel.
- Collaborate closely with product design, engineering, and marketing teams to execute growth strategies.
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor performance and surface insights.
- Partner with marketing agencies on lifecycle campaigns, paid acquisition, and SEO strategies when needed.
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to continuously optimize the product experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in product growth, ideally at a consumer tech company or startup.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer applications.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention mechanics.
- Experience running and analyzing A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable with product analytics tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
